This Refund Policy records the brand-specific refund terms currently published by Speech Time Fun PD for its professional-development products and events. Product-specific checkout terms may still apply at the point of purchase.

SLP Elevate membership

Speech Time Fun PD publishes a 30-day risk-free refund offer for SLP Elevate. Customers are asked to email the team within 30 days if they do not feel the membership is helping them feel more prepared, confident, organised, and supported.

Speech Retreat virtual conference

• Full refund up to 6 weeks before the event.
• 75% refund up to one week before the event.
• No refunds for last-minute or week-of event cancellations.
